Warranty & Replacement Information

At Copperfinger socks, we take pride in the quality and performance of our socks, which are designed to make your journey through life more comfortable. If any socks covered under our limited warranty fail to meet our high standards, we will replace them at our discretion during their practical lifespan. We want you to know that while our products are crafted for long life and durability, over time they may fade or deteriorate, indicating the need for replacement.

Our socks come with a limited warranty period of one year from the date of purchase, but please note that this warranty does not cover damages caused by accident or negligence, failure to follow care instructions, rips, cuts, or tears, burns or abrasions, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage including discoloration and natural fading of colors, or any damages arising after the warranty period. To be eligible for a warranty claim, you must have purchased the products from copperfingersocks.com or an authorized dealer within the warranty period. Please make sure to keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

If you believe you are eligible for a warranty claim, please fill out the questions below to the best of your ability. Once we receive your request, we will review it within 5-7 business days. If your claim is valid, we will contact you and replace the product with the same model or a comparable product if it's unavailable. Please note that replacements take up to 2-3 weeks to be shipped and delivered to you.
